YouTube automatically creates captions for videos. These captions are not bad unless you are a fan of things like accuracy and punctuation. A poorly captioned video also results in a poor translation. I'm in the process of cleaning up the captions for my most viewed videos. This should also improve the automatic translations based on those captions.
