Chrome Profile Pack

Here is my video introducing the Chrome Profile Pack. The free Chrome Profile Pack contains custom DNG camera profiles (dcp) for many camera models. These are used to set a white balance in Lightroom, Photoshop, and other supported raw editors. They are designed to work on infrared images shot with an IR Chrome filter.

Diffraction Calculator Updates

I've made several enhancements to the diffraction calculator at diffraction.cAm.

  • Added many cameras. 141 cameras are now supported.
  • Added IR Chrome filter.
  • The selected camera is now saved in the URL. It is included when you bookmark the site or share a URL. For example, here is the Nikon Z f.
  • On the Cameras page:
    • Cameras are linked to the calculator, where the camera is automatically selected.
    • Added a Cameras by Pitch section. If you are interested in a camera with a large pixel pitch to allow for higher f-numbers and more depth of field, check this out. The Canon 5D is currently at the top of the list. Are you aware of the camera with a larger pixel pitch? Let me know!
    • The sensor size was added to each camera.
